
For me, cooking is all about fresh thinking, and the highest quality ingredients. Following my training at the world-renowned Ballymaloe cookery school under Darina Allen, I have taken my passion for food and love of cooking to all corners of the UK & Europe, cooking and catering for high end private clients as well as launch parties, canapé receptions and corporate events.
As a private chef and quality caterer, I value professionalism and personal attention to detail. I like to work closely with my clients to ensure each job is designed to meet their specific tastes, advising and inspiring where necessary.
With my dedicated backup team providing waitressing and support, I take huge pleasure in catering to a range of events, and turning great ingredients into simply fantastic food.
